Matt Honey
Founding Director
Matt has worked in the recruitment industry since 1997. He trained in a boutique city search & selection firm which culminated in managing an HR recruitment team and heading the interim recruitment business. He set up Match Consulting in 2003. Clients range across Investment / Commercial Banks, Asset Managers and Financial Services, to Professional Services, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals, Telecoms/ IT.
Matt graduated from The University of Edinburgh.
Kelly Baker
Research Manager
Kelly started work in the world of recruitment in 1997. She is an experienced recruiter with the benefit of having worked both as a Recruitment Manager within a corporate HR setting and as a Recruitment Consultant where she identified HR candidates on behalf of the City’s top financial companies. She is uniquely placed to understand the challenges and solutions to recruiting quality HR professionals from both perspectives. She has worked as a Client Relationship Manager for a Top US Management Consultants and as a Senior Consultant for a reputable HR Search firm.
