Including testing and profiling in the selection process can significantly enhance the candidate experience, provide consistent and objective feedback and can actually reduce the time to taken to hire.

  • Competency Based Questionnaires
  • Motivation and Drive Questionnaires
  • Psychometric Profiling/Personality Assessment – using SHL OPQ, Belbin, Myers Briggs

The questionnaires can all be conducted face to face or online to suit your needs and an experienced consultant can provide guidance to interpretation of results.
